The Hilton Hotel at Canary Wharf is a prize asset of the Hilton Group and was a new build for Hilton. The shell was delivered by Jemstock and also included some 400 high class apartments on a mixed use scheme. The building occupied by Hilton was the former World Bank which had been damaged by a terrorist bomb some years before. As such due diligence to establish warranties for the frame was required prior to commencement.

Vining Management has advised Hilton Group on various buildings prior  to this project starting with ongoing advice for their roll out of Living Well Clubs in the UK. Facilities as well as project management advice has been provided to support the group’s  management function.

Vining Management were employed by Hilton to monitor the delivery of the hotel by the landlord which included, shell, fit out and FF&E as a total turnkey package. Exhaustive document reviews and meetings with suppliers and endless site inspections were undertaken by VML
