Le Cochet was delivered for a UK Private Developer by Vining Management SARL and comprised three ski chalet blocks in the beautiful town of St Martin de Belleville in the 3 Valleys region of France. One block was a renovation and two were new constructions and all to the high standards required of Alpine buildings. Construction had to happen in Summer months with a strict deadline for delivery in time for the new ski season.  Much negotiation with the local authority was needed to complete

This project demonstrated the skills of VM SARL in embracing French culture and construction knowledge on behalf of the client who had experienced difficulties with local regulations and contractors while trying to deliver to the tight deadlines. VM brought calm and certainty to the project outcome by utilising it’s detailed understanding of the french construction process. A second phase of the project incorporating a hotel is currently being plannned.
