Royal Mail North Coventry Delivery Office was constructed as one of two facilities in Coventry to replace the old Bishop Street Sorting Office. VL secured planning for Blue Ribbon Park on behalf of Blue Ribbon Estates to deliver this facility along with other retail consents. The planning process was complicated and extensive as it was required to secure regeneration benefits as part of the overall process. Royal Mail took over the facility . The works therefore included the construction of a new access road concurrent with new Delivery Office and the two were handed over simultaneously to Royal Mail and Coventry City Council in order to allow the facility to go live.
