Springfield Brewery was one of the main breweries of M & B before Simon Developments acquired it for redevelopment in the late 1990’s. VML worked with the developer to secure a conditional sale to a major housebuilder for this mixed use development and also in conjunction with the architect to bring forward this 14 acre complicated project in a run down area of Wolverhampton. Planning was extremely difficult on this listed complex of buildings but this was achieved along with sale of the site.
