The Westin Hotel, Rue de Rivoli is one of the premier hotels in Paris located next to the Louvre. VM were appointed to undertake a ‘live’ refurbishment of the hotel stripping out and upgrading 440 bedrooms systematically while the hotel continued to trade. In addition the main ‘Le First’ restaurant was completely upgraded as well as main lobby and reception areas all to the highest standards. A comprehensive re-roofing and other envelope works were undertaken and other phased works continue.

VM were appointed by the building owners GIC to work with the hotel management company to oversee this sensitive refurbishment whilst minimising disruption to the guests. This required sigificant management and technical skills to plan and execute the each days work.
